The deadline for Summer 2026 Faculty-Led applications is January 21, and we want to make sure you’re prepared. From application creation to program confirmation, you’ll see exactly how to build your application and what to expect along the way.

This is a drop-in session, so feel free to join for part of the session or stay for the entire time.

We host General Information Sessions to help students explore program offerings, understand the application process, and learn how to prepare for their education abroad experience. We will talk about the types of programs available, destinations, and the resources and support offered for students. 

The Education Abroad Office will host mandatory pre-departure orientation sessions, Ready, Set, Go Abroad, for all students accepted to an education abroad program. Each session will begin with a one-hour presentation covering education abroad policies, financial aid, and health and safety information. The presentation will be followed by a resource fair featuring representatives from international banking, the travel clinic, mental health support services, and risk management/insurance.

Accepted Education Abroad Participants please select one of the following session options based on their availability:

Wednesday, February 4 | 2:00–5:00 p.m.
